Shipping & Delivery
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
All orders are generally shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, via your chosen shipping method, however if goods are unavailable, delivery may take a little longer.
We use Sendle as our chosen standard shipping carrier who sends items by road. Estimated delivery timescale is 4-7 days with the exception of Perth which is estimated to be 7-10 days. This service is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
If you choose to have your order sent via Express Post through Australia Post, they have a coverage of 80% of Australian business address, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, they use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Cellar Maintenance is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
